Jordan’s young wrestler, Aroz Shameil, has announced himself to the international stage with a tremendous gold medal at the Belgium Grand Prix Championship.
Aroz took the 77kg Freestyle Wrestling title in the cadets age category after beating wrestlers from Germany, Russia, France and Hungary along the way.
The Jordan youth team will now head to Uzbekistan on April 28 to participate in the Asian Championships.
