FUHAIS WIN WEST ASIAN OPENER

Fuhais have launched their West Asian Women’s Club Basketball Championship campaign with a resounding 69-26 home win over Palestine’s De Lasal.
The event is being organised by the Fuhais Club and also includes Reyadi and Homntmen from Lebanon, Abdan and Kusha from Iran as well as Orthodox Club from Jordan.
Fuhais are leading Group A ahead of Lebanon’s Reyadi who beat Kusha 69-49.
In Group B, Homntmen beat Orthodox Club 84-49.
