Unbeaten Al Arabi remain on top of the Jordan Handball League after a narrow, 19-17, win over Amman Club at Princess Sumaya Hall in Al Hussein Youth City.
Arabi head the table, but the win leaves Amman at the bottom still searching for their first point.
Meanwhile, Hussein Irbid beat Qaqazi, 35-25, in the second match of the evening in the same hall.
On Saturday, Kuferanjah will host Ahli in Prince Hassan Hall, Irbid, followed by Salt against Katih.
