The Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) has met with the Kingdom’s National Sports Federations (NSFs) to showcase the wealth of services it can now provide.
Under the instruction of its President, HRH Prince Feisal Al Hussein, the JOC has overhauled its internal capabilities over the last 12 months and is now able to provide solid support across a number of areas to its NSFs in line with the national sports strategy launched back in January.
Secretary General, Nasser Majali, led the presentation and reiterated that the JOC is keen to work together with the NSFs through their Media Relations, Marketing, National Federations Department, Financial, Coaching, Education Department, Qusai Initiative and Athletes Commission.
"We are looking to strengthen our relationships with the NSFs,” Majali said.
"It is important to present our services so that our partners are well aware what we can offer and to work together in areas that they need to strengthen in.
“It is important to provide our support so that sport can improve as a whole. We now have expert resources available that can be shared so that performances on and off the playing areas can be enhanced.”
