JORDAN HELD BY VIETNAM

 Jordan have retained their lead in Group B for the 2019 Asian Cup qualifiers despite being held to a 0-0 draw by Vietnam.

It was a close affair at the Thống Nhất Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City with Udai AlSaifi going closest to scoring in the first half.

But despite more Jordan pressure in the second half, the match finished goalless with Jordan remaining on top with four points from two games.

Cambodia moved second in the group following their 1-0 win over Afghanistan who Jordan host next on September 5.
