PARALYMPIANS BID FOR RIO 2016 QUALIFICATION

The Paralympic weightlifting athletes are travelling to Kazakhstan to participate in the Asian Qualifications for Rio 2016.

Jordan traditionally has a strong Paralympic weightlifting delegation and travels to central Asia with a strong squad consisting of Abdel Kareem Khattab, Omar Qaradeh, Jamil Al Shebli, Haidarah Awamleh, Mohammad Abu Arar, Mohammad Torobsh, Tharwah Al Hajjaj and Asma Issa.
