ISHAISH FAMILY’S MEDAL HAUL FOR JORDAN AT ASIAN BOXING

Jordan Olympian Ziad Ishaish has won gold at the Asian Elite Boxing Championships, held in Mongolia.
Ishaish claimed the -70kg after defeating Kazakhstan’s world champion, Turakhan Sabirkhan, in the final - his fourth consecutive victory in the tournament.
Meanwhile, his older brother, Hussein, earned the silver medal in the -80kg category after recording three straight wins, before losing in the final to Uzbekistan’s Fazliddin Erkinboyev.
Meanwhile, their cousin, Huthaifa Ishaish also secured a bronze medal in the -50kg category, bringing Jordan’s total medal count in the championship to three medals.
