Format:
The format of the seminar was a mix of presentations, speeches, panel discussions, breakout group discussions and feedback and frequent breaks for networking and further discussions.

Final schedule with summaries of key points attached together with slide presentation; recommendations; breakout group feedback and NOC actions.

Print & Promotion:
Backdrop, banners, accreditation, headed paper, cd covers, folders, programme covers and directional signs were produced with the three logos as provided by the IOC (Olympic Truce, JOC and IOC rings). Copies attached.

Entertainment:
Tuesday 12^thJune – trip to Wadi Rum to watch the sunset followed by a traditional Bedouin camp for dinner.
Wednesday 13^thJune – dinner hosted by HRH Prince Feisal Al Hussein on the terrace at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Thursday 14^thJune – Lebanese dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel.
