About the Federation
The federation was established in 1998.
Achievements
- Establishing the Arab Federation For Billiard and Snooker in 2000 with the
headquarter in Amman.
- Holding the 20th Asian Championship for Snooker in 2004 with the
participation of 26 countries and a Jordanian Athlete reached the round 32.
- Holding many Arab Championships for Billiard and Snooker in Amman.
- Keeping the first place on the Arab level since 2005 until now in the Black
8.
- Holding the World Snooker Championship in Amman in 2006 with the
participation of 50 countries.
- Holding Al Karameh Championship annually for university students.
- Put the basics of licensing and categorizing for Billiards centres in Jordan.
- Have a seat on the Jordan Olympic Committee Board since 2004.
